About AGT
Established in 1990, Absolute Guitar Tuition is the brainchild of professional music teacher, musician and examiner Robert Sigston L.L.C.M (TD). Rob is a graduate of The London College Of Music and has over 20 years of experience teaching for both the local Education Authority and his private practice.

As a professional player Rob has recorded and toured domestically and internationally. Playing with a wide variety of bands Rob's credits include TV, radio. recording and session work.

For The Beginner
FIT LESSONS TO YOUR NEEDS
It can be daunting taking those first steps and there are number of online teaching resources available which can muddy the waters further. From those very first steps, AGT will set you on the right path be your choice to play for fun or choose a more structured program. We also offer advise on purchasing instruments and equipment
Play for Enjoyment
MUSIC IS FUN!
Play for pleasure. Learn your favourite songs and if you wish jam along with live drums and bass. We organise jam session and workshops for students to perform and learn together. Absolute also has recording facilities available - why not record that newly learnt tune to play to friends or family.
Advanced Theory
MUSIC THEORY STUDY
We offer LCM examination, GCSE and A level coaching for students who wish to study music. Grade 6 and above count towards UCAS points for university entrance. We provide all audio and paperwork required. We also offer coaching for those who wish to study for the LLCM teaching diploma.
